Yes! We love our furry residents and allow up to 2 pets per home.
Cresta North Valley features a pet-friendly dog park with pet stations located throughout the community.
Our pet fees include a $200 nonrefundable pet fee and $200 refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $45 a month, per pet.

Your new home will include an enclosed patio. Select homes offer gorgeous Sandia mountain and downtown views! We aim to please, so let us know if you have any view preferences and we will do our best to accommadate you.
Absolutely! Our units are equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable year-round. No need to worry about those scorching summer days – we've got you covered!
Every home includes stackable washer and dryer connections. You can bring your own or we can lease ours to you for an additional $50 a month.
For your convenience, a dishwasher is included in every home.

Whether it's submitting a work order, questions, concerns, or just to say "hi", our friendly on-site management is ready to serve you with a smile!
For your convenience, the option to place a work order online is available in your resident portal. You can also call our office and we can take your work order over the phone.
No, our team has you covered! As long as we have your permission to enter, we will service your work orders.
Yes! Don't hestitate to reach out any time you have a maintenance emergency. We always have a maintenance team member on call and ready in the event of a maintenance emergency.
ADMINISTRATIVE + LEASING
Feel free to stop by any time during our business hours. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome!

Typically 24-48 hours. Occasionally, the credit and background screenings can take up to 7 days to process. Either way, we're here to answer your questions every step of the way.
Costs include a $450 security deposit, $60 application fee per adult, and $175 administration fee.
Rent is paid online through your convenient resident portal.
No. Water/sewer ranges from $55-$65, and trash is $15. Both are added on top of your base rent. Electric is individually metered and billed directly to you by PNM.
Yes, we require each home to hold $100,000 in liability coverage or you can join our insurance for $15/month.
Our income requirement is 2.5x the base rent and we ask for 30 days proof of income upon completing your application.
